First to Pop the Champagne!!!. Customary at any Ghanaian Wedding. This was taken at a recent Ghanaian Wedding in Kumasi.
Kumasi is the Heart of the Ashanti Kingdom, The Ashanti Region is centrally located in the mid belt of Ghana.
Visiting Kumasi has always been a childhood dream of mine, I remember those social studies lessons in Primary school, when we learnt about the Ashanti Kingdom's struggle against the British for control of the rich Gold resources.
Ok I am not going to bore you, for those that are interested in learning more (go to Google for more Historical facts).
