I knew I was saved when I understood
that the leaf no longer on it's accustomed place
did not mean an ending.
Not from fear, nor uncertainty
but with a sense that living requires knowing
that existence transformed rivers and mountains
and air and ground
having turned nothing into something
and in that doing became everything.
Photography by Abi: bravo beautiful words....
That's a beautiful picture. Pure and clear. I love it ! I'm not a poet, sorry !! ;-)

Amidst the winter white
She stands glorious, branches light
Now and then she ponders flight
From the solace, day and night.
Photography by Abi: wonderful words from a great mind

fantastic shot.

Please Mother Earth guide us
where do we find the strength
to carry on your work
you told us to shelter the man
even though he talks
to the etchings on our fallen cousins
"Progress is good" he says.
If progress is good mother
then why do we have troubles breathing so.
Please mother help us.
we lose faith whilst brother sun
is not here to warm us.
Photography by Abi: very nice poem from the internet..oohps..just joking..heehee..lol

Wow! this is a fantastic shot. how did you achieve this effect. was it your choice of lenses or PP software. i really like it. A poeam that captures the mood of isolation and barreness would be a cool addition to thispic. Alas, i'm not a poet so can't help ya. talk to sinem or asiko.
Photography by Abi: asiko already termed to do a one liner which didnot quite work..heehee.....lol it was awful
just read the comments. see you've had a lot of help with a suitable poem from talented bloggers.
Photography by Abi: thank you for the comment
